We Make it Right
We get it right by continually monitoring the products and components used in the construction of our homes to identify and keep those that perform the best and have the highest level of customer satisfaction. Our in-house design staff is always on the lookout for new market trends and homebuyer preference that meet our standards, so our collection of floorplans stays current with changing lifestyles.
We make it right by reviewing our work with the homebuyer at pre-drywall and pre-closing orientations, where we review construction, answer questions, verify specifications, and communicate useful information about the use and care of the features and systems of the home.
We warrant it to be right by backing our homes with one-year, two-year, and ten-year structural warranties, all of which are insured by a third party warranty company. Many of the products used in the construction of our homes are also covered by extended manufacturer's warranties.
We make it right by doing it ourselves-- warranty service is administered by our own professional technicians and tradespeople, who are familiar with our homes and the products in them.
Finally, we keep it right by long experience with our markets, our people, and our products. Since 1959, Ball Homes has been working to refine our homebuilding process. Due to our clearly defined scope of business, and our familiarity with the floorplans and products we offer, Ball Homes is able to use consistent methods and practices. As opposed to the custom builder, who must learn every home from the ground up, we build with the expertise of solid, long-term experience with our product.
