The Cavanaugh II is an updated version of the Cavanaugh plan, one of the largest Villa plans available.  This plan includes four bedroom and a large loft, which can also be configured as a fifth bedroom, and has both formal living and dining rooms, plus a large family room with optional fireplace overlooking the rear yard.  The kitchen and breakfast area layout allows for both table dining and a breakfast bar.  A large pantry is just steps away from the kitchen.  All first floor rooms are very open to one another.  Upstairs, the huge master bedroom features an oversized wrap-around master closet and a master bath layout that includes dual vanities, a linen closet, and a commode enclosure.  Available master bath options include 4' shower stalls, 5' or 6' garden tubs or whirlpools, and decorative window options.  The oversized loft can be used as a second family room, game room, playroom, or any number of ways, including the fifth bedroom option.  The utility room is located upstairs for convenience, includes an extra door for a direct pass-through to the master closet, is large enough for comfortable working space, and features a folding counter.  Exterior plan details include a mostly brick front with shake siding accents, an arch over the garage door, a gable over the triple window in bedroom four, and a covered stoop.
