The Cavanaugh II is an updated version of the Cavanaugh plan, one of the largest Villa plans available.  This plan includes four bedroom and a large loft, which can also be configured as a fifth bedroom, and has both formal living and dining rooms, plus a large family room with optional fireplace overlooking the rear yard.  The kitchen and breakfast area layout allows for both table dining and a breakfast bar.  A large pantry is just steps away from the kitchen.  All first floor rooms are very open to one another.  Upstairs, the huge master bedroom features an oversized wrap-around master closet and a master bath layout that includes dual vanities, a linen closet, and a commode enclosure.  Available master bath options include 4' shower stalls, 5' or 6' garden tubs or whirlpools, and decorative window options.  The oversized loft, which overlooks the family room, can be used as a second family room, game room, playroom, or any number of ways, including the fifth bedroom option.  The utility room is located upstairs for convenience, includes an extra door for a direct pass-through to the master closet, is large enough for comfortable working space, and features a folding counter.  Exterior plan details include a mostly brick exterior with shake siding accents, an arch over the garage door, a gable over the triple window in bedroom four, and a covered stoop.  This floorplan's furnace specifications require that it be offered as an all-electric home only.
