The Dakota is a rear-entry garage plan that is currently offered only on a selected homesite in Louisville's Cedar Meadows neighborhood.  This ranch style home has three bedrooms, two baths, and a two car garage accessed from the rear of the lot.  A large family with a vaulted ceiling can be enhanced with a corner fireplace option.  A dining room adjoins the kitchen, which has a serving bar that opens to the family room.  The master bedroom opens to the patio via sliding double doors, and the master bath can be configured to include an optional 4' shower and a 5' garden tub or whirlpool option.  Exterior design elements include a full front porch, shake siding accents, and a transom window above the front door.
