Linden II

The Linden II  is a revised version of the Linden plan, with expanded square footage primarily in the Family Room.  It has three to a possible four bedrooms and is a ranch style Traditions plan.  This home has both formal living and dining rooms in addition to a large family room.  The open floorplan has nine to ten foot ceilings in most rooms, and includes a trey ceiling in the dining room and a double trey ceiling in the master bedroom.  The optional family room fireplace is framed by windows with transoms overlooking the rear yard.  The centrally located kitchen opens to the family room with a breakfast bar for casual dining.  This split bedroom design locates bedrooms two and three off a semi-private hallway, with access to the hall bath, which is designed for shared use.  A fourth bedroom may be added in lieu of the formal living room.  The master suite includes a master bath with  double vanity and enclosed commode area, and a spacious walk-in closet.  Bath options include layouts with a 4' shower and 5' or 6' garden tub or whirlpool.  Additional plan details include a large mudroom/utility room, linen closets in both baths, and transom windows in both baths.  Exterior features include a covered front entry framed by an arch, a half-round window, and twin sidelights.
