The Pembroke is a new Traditions ranch plan.  This very spacious home, the largest ranch style home in our floorplan portfolio, offers a three car tandem garage.  The home's focal point is a large family room with a five-window bay that runs the length of the rear wall, and an optional fireplace with room for a built-in bookcase.   A large breakfast room adjoins the kitchen and family room, and opens to a covered patio.  Plan details include a double tray ceiling in the master bedroom, a dropped ceiling and columns that define the formal dining room, and vaulted ceilings framing a palladian window in bedroom three.  The kitchen opens to the family room with a full length serving bar, and the utility room/mudroom includes a built-in folding area.  A luxury master bath with 5' bowfront garden tub and 4' shower is included, and adiditonal luxury bath options are offered.
