The Sonoma plan is one of the largest first-floor master plans in the Traditions collection. This home has a very open layout, with lots of vaulted areas, feature windows, and rooms defined by columns or open railings. The formal living room, at the front of the home, has a vaulted ceiling that frames a large feature window, which can be a Palladian style or a true radius head window, depending on the elevation chosen. The two story foyer leads to a vaulted family room with another feature window and an optional fireplace with two-story chase. Columns and dropped ceilings define the breakfast area, kitchen, and formal dining room without closing them in. The master suite has a dual vanity, linen closet, and walk-in closet, and can be upgraded to include luxury bath fixtures. The utility room doubles as a mudroom, with access to the garage. Upstairs are three good-sized bedrooms, which share a hall bath with linen closet, and a room-sized loft that overlooks the family room below. The Sonoma can also be built with an optional finished bonus room or unfinished attic storage area. Other available options include kitchen cabinet layouts that include plate racks, wine racks, variable height cabinets, and more.
