The Spencer is a mid-sized Traditions plan with a downstairs master suite. This floorplan has been replaced with the revised Spencer II plan for built-to-suit homes. Field models may be available in selected locations.
This floorplan includes many convenience features, such as a folding counter in the utility room, linen storage in both standard bath layouts, and an angled raised bartop between the kitchen and family room.
