The Spencer II is a revised version of the popular Spencer plan, a mid-sized Traditions home with a downstairs master suite. This updated floorplan is even more spacious and versatile than the original, and makes creative use of space with an upstairs media/game room, which has a built-in entertainment/tech center option.
