Bryant Oak Villas offers plans from our Villa collection.   Current homesite availability is very limited, and includes mostly walkout basement homesites.  Options are also available to build certain Villa homes in the Reserve at Bryant Oak, for an additional charge.  Please see an agent for more information. 

Homes include two car garages or larger, three to four bedrooms, and two or more baths.  Our collection of flexible floorplans includes first floor masters, ranches, and two story homes, including some with loft or bonus room options, tech center options, attic storage package options, and much more. Fiber optic cable is included in all homes. Homesites in the Villas section of Bryant Oak are typically 40' wide.  Bryant Oak is ideally located for access to Interstate-75 or for shopping, dining, and entertainment at nearby Hamburg Place.
Directions

Visit Bryant Oak by taking Man O'War Boulevard northeast past Hamburg Place and Interstate 75, toward Winchester Road. Turn right onto Blackford Parkway and continue to the Ball Homes model homes, located at 3296 Blackford Parkway and around the corner at 3233 Mathern Trail.
