A very limited number of homes remain available in Copper Ridge, a popular east side location.  Currently, we have market homes available, with a limited number of homesites to be available in the future for certain floorplans in the Traditions series. All available floorplans are two-story homes on basements.  Homes can be customized from a variety of available upgrades and options.  Most plans have luxury bath layouts available, and several have finished bonus or attic storage options, built-in bookcase or tech center options, and customized kitchen layouts.
Directions

Copper Ridge is located 1.5 miles northeast of the Gene Snyder Freeway (I-265, exit 34) on Ballardsville Road (Highway 22) in Eastern Jefferson County.  Travelling northeast on Ballardsville Road, turn right onto Craigs Creek Drive (a loop road), then right onto Keene Road, and then re-join Craigs Creek Road by turning right at the next intersection with it.  Turn right onto Copper Ridge Road, and follow it to the end to reach new homes.
