McClelland Springs is a tree-lined enclave of comfortably-sized homesites for Traditions homes from 1864 to over 3500 square feet.  More than eighty homesites are included in phase one, with additional homesites available with future development.  Community design features include preserved mature treelines, open spaces, and eventual signature entrances on both Paynes Depot and the Georgetown bypass.  Home prices begin in the $170’s and range up to the $230’s, with in-ground basements offered on selected homesites for an additional charge.  Twenty-one floorplans are offered, including some of our newest luxury home floorplans.  Plans have three to a possible five bedrooms, two or more baths, and two car garages or larger.  Most of these highly customizable home plans are suitable for luxury master bath layouts and customized kitchen cabinet layouts, and many have loft, tech center, or first floor guest suite configurations.  McClelland Springs is convenient to local shopping, dining, and recreation, and is well-located for commuting to Frankfort or Lexington.

 

Directions

Located off of Paynes Depot just north of the Georgetown bypass, US 460. Traveling west on the bypass, go approximately 1.5 miles past the intersection with US25 (Lexington-Georgetown Road) to a right turn onto Payne's Depot, then left into the development entrance after approximately .5 miles.  From Lexington, take US25 (Georgetown Road) north to Georgetown to reach the bypass, turn left, and proceed as above.
