Eleven floorplans are included in the Cottage series, ranging from 1040 square feet to just under 1700 square feet. Ideal starter homes, the Cottages have from two to four bedrooms, and two or two-and-a-half baths. Most have a one car garage, but some plans have larger garages or upgrade garage options.
