The Coventry II is a three bedroom ranch plan based on the Coventry One and Two Car garage plans.  This plan also has a two car garage, but is 2’ wider than its predecessor, creating additional space in the family room, utility room, and baths.  The layout of the master bedroom and master bath are reversed from the original plan, creating an option for an upgraded master bath with garden tub or whirlpool and separate shower stall.  An optional garage shift can add 2’ of additional width to the family room .  The Coventry II's family room, kitchen, and breakfast area share a vaulted ceiling that rises to a 10' height, and is framed by a long plant shelf.  The family room is lit by two windows, and can include an optional fireplace.  The family room and kitchen share a pass-through  for easy entertaining and family-friendly design, and the kitchen includes a breakfast bar for quick and casual meals, plus a large breakfast area overlooking the rear yard.   A mudroom/utility room combination,  which leads to the garage, adds a nice convenience feature usually found in larger homes.  Exterior details include a sheltered patio location, a covered entry, and brick front.
