(Central Kentucky) Just a few days remain to take advantage of our Grand Tour of Homes Incentive, which continues through July 12th.

In conjunction with the Lexington area Grand Tour of Homes, Ball Homes is offering a total incentive of 3% of the buyer's loan amount, which may be used toward the purchaser's closing costs or prepaids, when financing with Walden Mortgage.  The incentive is available to purchasers of new Ball homes in Central Kentucky with new contracts dated now through July 12th.  For buyers choosing to use other lenders, a 1% incentive is offered, which means that Ball Homes will pay up to 1% of loan amount toward the buyer's closing costs and/or prepaids.   The Grand Tour of Homes incentive is not offered in combination with the Trade Program.

The Grand Tour of Homes was held on June, 20-21, 27-28 this year.  Ball Homes featured sixteen model homes on the Tour, including our five-home Model Home Village at Glasford, which was just recently completed and features the very latest in floorplan design, exterior detailing, and available products, finishes, and amenities.  A total of ten awards were presented to Ball Homes entries by the Grand Tour judges, in a variety of categories.
