Brookstone Resident Application Packet A complete package of application forms to be completed by each person who will be legally and financially responsible for the lease and whose income and credit will be considered for qualification. A $25 application fee is required for processing. The application fee is non-refundable, and covers all resident applications. Each resident must complete an application packet. There is an additional $25 applicaton for guarantor application. No application fee is required for an occupant.
Brookstone Guarantor Application Packet For someone co-signing for an applicant to assist him/her in qualifying. A guarantor is legally and financially responsible for the Lease Agreement, and many of the forms in the Resident Application Package are included in this package. A separate non-refundable application fee of $25 is required for each Guarantor application.
Applications cannot be processed without the application fees.
A $100 holding deposit is required to hold a property. This money is applied to the deposit at move-in, and is refundable if your application is denied.
Please note that checks for fees and deposits are made payable to different property owners based on address. Please call the office at 255-2765 for complete payment instructions before writing a check or money order. Ball Realty accepts cashier's checks, personal checks, and money orders, but not cash.
