Our Lexington locations include the south and east parts of town, and we offer properties in Georgetown, Midway, Versailles, and Nicholasville as well. All of our properties are managed by our courteous and professional staff and are serviced by 24-hour emergency maintenance. Pets are welcome in our properties. We offer six-month and one-year leases, and short-term rental opportunities are available for buyers of new Ball Homes.
