Grand Tour Winners Announced!

(Central Kentucky) The results are in! The 2025 Grand Tour of Homes has concluded, and Ball Homes models swept a total of four first place awards in their respective price categories. Premier winners include the Fairhaven, the Barnett, the Bridgeport, and the Balsam Springs.

Recognized for Curb Appeal, Landscaping, Kitchen Floor Plan, Interior Features, Interior Lighting, and Overall: in first place for the $600,000 - $700,000 division is our Fairhaven model.  The Fairhaven offers luxury and versatility with
an expansive first floor, providing a continuous view of the rear yard from kitchen island to the adjacent large dining area - perfect for entertaining.



Complete with 10’ ceilings on the first floor and 9’ ceilings on the second floor, this grand home is open and airy.

Among homes in the $450,000- $500,000 price category, the Bridgeport at The Abbey at Old Oxford was also awarded First Place for the same categories listed above.  Brand-new to the Trend Collection, the Balsam Springs model in Bourbon Oaks was featured for the first time on the Tour, and judges selected it the winner in all six possible categories in its price division: Curb Appeal, Landscaping, Kitchen Floor Plan, Interior Features, Interior Lighting, and Overall. Favorite features of this open layout home include lots of formal and informal dining space, with both an island and dining area, second floor dedicated solely to living space, and a covered back patio.



The Barnett model in Belhurst was also awarded First Place for Curb Appeal, Landscaping, Kitchen Floor Plan, Interior Features, Interior Lighting, and Overall in the $501,000 - $550,000 price category.
