It's Grand Tour of Homes Time in Central Kentucky!
(Central Kentucky) Come see us! The 2024 Grand Tour of Homes is set for Saturday and Sunday July 20-21, and July 27-28. Homes are open 12-5pm. Admission is free! You can visit our homes in-person or participate in a virtual tour from the comfort of your own home. This annual
Central Kentucky event is presented by the Building Industry Association of Central KY and offers a great chance to see the latest in new homes. Ball Homes models in Fayette, Scott, and Jessamine counties are included this year.
This year's tour will feature eleven of our homes--including new
Trend Collection models in
Spring Garden and
Masterson in Lexington,
The Arbours in Nicholasville, and
Paynes Crossing in Versailles. Floor plans featured in the new models include the
Bedford Hill,
Sutton Bay,
Granite Coast, and
Oak Bluff.
Also new this year are our two
Peninsula Townhomes models, the
Logan Square and
Lincoln Park. We hope you can join us for this special event!
The
Logan Square is a three-bedroom townhome plan with an attached one-car garage. These spacious, private layouts offer upscale finishes and a low-maintenance lifestyle.
While in
The Peninsula, swing by to view our
Kingsley model in a beautiful lakeside setting.

In Georgetown, visit the
Greenfield model in
Oxford Landing to see this open layout plan, shown below.
Also in Georgetown, visit our
South Crossing neighborhood to view the
Haywood Park model, a Trend Collection floor plan featuring open concept living on the first floor and all bedrooms upstairs.
Returning favorites include our
Wheeler model, in popular
Brannon Oaks, just south of Lexington, in Nicholasville. This plan features a first-floor guest suite and covered patio off the sunny breakfast area.
In
Sanders Garden, our
Atkinson model will be on the Tour. A favorite on the prior Tours and Overall Award winner, the Atkinson is now available with a bonus room option.
See these and other beautiful homes on this year's Tour!
