Phase 3 Release in The Reserve at Hickory Creek

(Knoxville) Phase 3 of The Reserve at Hickory Creek is now open! Sales commence with a Name Draw on Saturday, July 26th via Zoom.  The Name Draw process is designed to provide equal opportunity to prospective home buyers who have been waiting to purchase.  To register for the Name Draw prior to the deadline of noon on July 24, please contact a Ball Homes Specialist.
