Visit Us on Louisville's 2025 Homerama!

(Louisville) Visit our brand new Wheeler II model in Bellingham Park and our new Balsam Springs model in Glenmary Farms on the Louisville Homerama, beginning September 5th-7th and continuing the weekends of the 12th-13th and the 19th-21st.  Homes are open Fridays from 5-8pm, Saturdays from 10am-6pm, and Sundays from 1-6pm.

Visit the Wheeler III model at 14035 Grandshire Way in Bellingham Park.  The Wheeler III is a spacious home with six bedrooms and four full baths possible.  The first floor study can be configured as a guest bedroom option.  The living areas on the first floor follow an open concept design, and include a versatile flex area.  An island kitchen and spacious breakfast area adjoin a large family room with optional fireplace, all overlooking the rear yard. A drop zone option is available at the entry from the garage for additional organization. The large upstairs primary bedroom can be divided to create a separate sitting area.  A luxurious bath with double bowl vanity, separate shower, and garden tub, plus a spacious closet, complete the primary suite.  Three additional bedrooms and a loft are included, with an option for a fifth bedroom in lieu of the loft.  Bedroom #4 has its own private bath and a walk-in closet.  The utility room is located upstairs for convenience and includes a folding counter.  Additional features include a covered front porch and hip roof design.

The Balsam Springs is an Elan Series floor plan, and the model is located at 10911 Blacksmith Road.  This two-story plan offers an open first floor layout and lots of second floor living space.  The kitchen and family room are open to each other, with an optional direct vent fireplace and covered patio possible.  The kitchen features a corner pantry, island with counter dining, and a spacious dining area with windows.Three bedrooms and a loft or optional fourth bedroom, two full baths, utility room,  and linen closet are all upstairs.  Bedroom 1 has a vaulted ceiling (Elevation A only), primary bath with dual vanity, tub/shower combination, and linen closet, opening to a large closet.   An upgrade primary bath offers a garden tub, separate shower, and picture window.  Exterior details include a covered front porch.
