All of our floor plans are designed in-house by our drafting department, and we are constantly updating our collection with new home plans and making updates to existing plans. Whatever floor plan you choose, you can personalize your new home with a variety of plan options, such as gourmet kitchens, spacious luxury bath fixtures, guest suites, bonus rooms, attic storage packages, extended garages, additional bedrooms, covered porches, built-ins, and more. Most floor plans are also available on a basement, or with a side entry garage, when placed on a suitable homesite.
