Choose from communities in Central Kentucky, Louisville, and the Knoxville area.  We offer new homes in a variety of great locations, with floor plans you love near the places you love to live, work, study, and play.

In Central Kentucky, Brannon Oaks and the Landing at Grey Oak offer great access to Nicholasville Road's shopping, dining and entertainment corridor.  The Peninsula's rare lakeside setting offers an beautiful location convenient to Man O War, Alumni Drive, and East Lexington.  Belhurst offers traditional homes and features convenient access to major shopping, dining, and entertainment at Hamburg Place and easy access to Interstates 75 and 64.  On Lexington's West side, our homes in the Masterson Station and Sanders Garden/Greendale areas offer great access to new shopping and dining in the Townley Centre area as well as to Masterson Station Park.  In Georgetown, The Abbey at Old Oxford are close to local shopping and dining, and provide excellent access to Toyota and Lexington via Interstate 75.   South Crossing offers a location on the southwest side of Georgetown, on McClelland Circle across from the Kroger Marketplace, near restaurants and shops.  Homes in Versailles are available in Paynes Crossing and Rose Ridge, and Paris offers Bourbon Oaks.

In the Louisville area, new homes are available in several east and south side locations.  On the east side, close to I-64, new homes are available in Bellingham Park.  On the south side, Glenmary Farms and Parkside offer Trend Collection and Elan Series homes conveniently located to I-65 and the Gene Synder. 

In Knoxville, we offer homes in the Hardin Valley area, the West Knoxville lake recreation areas, Gibbs area, and in nearby Maryville.
