Choose from more than two dozen communities in sixteen locations.  We offer new homes in Lexington and the Central Kentucky communities of Georgetown, Frankfort, Versailles, Winchester, Nicholasville and Richmond, as well as in Louisville and Oldham County.

We offer fourteen communities in eight great locations in Lexington; if you're looking for popular a south side location, check out our communities in Willow Bend, which offer great access to Nicholasville Road's shopping, dining and entertainment corridor.  Looking for easy access to Interstates 75 and 64?  Check out our communities in Bryant Oaks and Chilesburg, which also offer convenient access to major shopping, dining, and entertainment at Hamburg Place and recreation at Jacobson Park.  Those looking for a new home on Lexington's west side will want to check out our communities in the Masterson Station and Greendale areas, which offer great access to new shopping and dining in the Townley Centre area as well as to Masterson Station Park.  On the north side, new homes are available in the established North Pointe neighborhood, also offering good access to Interstates 64 and 75, as well as shopping and dining conveniences on New Circle Road.

In the Central Kentucky area and a short commute to Lexington, we offer new homes in Versailles, Winchester, Richmond, Nicholasville, and four Georgetown locations.

In the Louisville area, new homes are available in five communities, including one in the popular Crestwood area of Oldham County.  On the east side, new homes are available in Flatrock Ridge, offering good access to the Gene Snyder and Shelbyville Road.  One the south side, we have three communities in the Cedar Creek Road area, with good access to the Gene Snyder South and I-65.
